Wedding Stationery

No matter what you would like to commission – invitations, place cards, envelope calligraphy or a complete wedding stationery suite.

I would love to connect with you and learn what kind of wedding you’re planning – the ideas are endless!

We can chat via phone, zoom, email or in person and I will be taking notes of every idea. From this first meeting, I will be able to give you a provisional quote and timeline breakdown for the work to be done.

In order for your commission to be a part of my bookings and studio diary, I take a 50% booking fee.

Once booked, I design approximately 3 different iterations of your vision based on our conversations and my diligent note taking.

Once I have received your feedback from the first draft phase, I can refine the design with up to three rounds of revisions included in the design fee. Once you have signed off on the design and paid any outstanding balance, we can move to the printing phase.

Once your stationery is printed, I work on any finishing touches like  envelope addressing, wax seal stamping etc. All wedding stationery is printed in Ontario, Canada and finished off in my studio.

Once the finishing touches are completed, all the stationery is carefully packaged and shipped via courier or recorded delivery – either to you or to your guests via courier or recorded delivery.

Please note in our Terms and Conditions that my hand painted illustrations are licensed out to each client on a non-exclusive basis. I reserve the right to offer elements of your design to other clients wanting a bespoke service. Venue illustrations painted for bespoke commissions will be available to all clients getting married at that venue. Inscribe Arts also reserves the right to turn any custom design not used in final printed designs for the client into a pre-designed collection.
