My Story
My art adventure started when I moved to Canada in 2016. Back then, I had some basic art supplies that I started to play around with as I was waiting for my immigration process to be completed. With just some mediocre water-colours and some paper, I started to scratch the surface of my creative side. I could spend hours of the day just painting and watching the colours mix and create fascinating new patterns. As my interest started to grow I plunged into research and exploring what this passion had to offer and where it could take me. I started creating small pieces for family & friends as gifts for birthdays, anniversaries etc, to get my feet wet in making custom artwork for people other than myself.
Here I am now, continuing to grow and turning a stumbled upon hobby into a full time career.
If you’re into random movie references, colours and one of a kind art attempts, feel free to browse through this site for some of my work and the services I provide, don’t forget to follow me on social channels and keep up to date with what’s coming up.
Catch you later,
Joy.

Why Inscribe?
I was reading through Isaiah 49 and came across verse 16 which reads – “Behold, I have inscribed you on the palm of My hands”. This word INSCRIBE drew me in, a representation of the permanence of God’s love. To me this represents God as the ultimate creative, who I sometimes imagine with His own paintbrush, from whom we all receive creativity.
I strive to give a tiny glimpse of His creativity through me and continue to trust Him to inspire me.
